Kelly is a lifelong runner, a hiker, a biker, a cross country skier and a new enthusiast to pickleball. After a serious back injury Kelly was introduced to Essentrics. Through this dynamic flow of movement she was able to return to her active lifestyle. Wanting to share this program with others, she became a certified Essentrics instructor and now helps others to increase their mobility, relieve their pain, and unlock their tight joints. Originated in Canada, Essentrics is a full body workout that will activate and rebalance all your muscles, free your joints and increase your mobility. Essentrics draws on the flowing movements of Tai Chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind Ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and the healing principles of Physiotherapy which create a pain free body.
