Prema

Prema teaches Vinyasa-style Fluid yoga at the beginner to intermediate level. Stretching is a fundamental aspect to her approach but she also incorporates some strength training and conditioning to enhance the practice. Throughout the flow she ensures a comprehensive practice.

Beyond just the physical postures, she believes in using yoga as a means to delve deep into challenging areas of the body that may not be easily reached through typical pre or post-workout stretching. The transitions between movements are also important, as they offer unique benefits for the body.

In her classes she encourages students to find inspiration from within themselves. She believes that everyone possesses greatness, and her goal is to inspire students to tap into that.
