Martine believes that the practice of yoga extends beyond just the classroom. Therefore, her classes are focused on sharpening skills applicable to everyday life; patience, self-compassion, strength, flexibility, consistency and curiosity. Martine's classes are all-levels and emphasize slow flows, heat building holds, intuitive movement, and creative expression.
Martine has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has found practicing yoga in community to be deeply healing and inspiring. She is grateful tobe bringing movement to the masses and hopes that each class sparks inspiration and ignites the student's inner fire.
