Functional Flow

A strength building yoga class that weaves functional training moves within an asana flow to both strengthen and stretch the body. Functional training is a type of exercise that looks like movements you make in your daily life. It can be helpful for athletic performance, injury prevention, and other everyday fitness tasks. This class will challenge our strength but includes many modifications for those that are just starting out. We will begin each class with our grounding breath patterns and end each class with our releasing savasana. Come ready to connect with your strong body and mind.
