Come learn about the incredible resource of your own breath. Use it to activate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) creating a more peaceful mind and body. The breath helps to decrease anxiety and depression, strengthens our ability to regulate emotions, and regulates our body's level of cortisol (the stress hormone) and so much more.
       
Class includes learning about:
  • the three levels of the breath
  • the physicality of your whole breathing system
  • what is meant by a whole and healthy breath
  • the neurobiology of the breath
  • the relationship between the breath and your emotions.

In addition you'll receive

  • a connected breath demonstration and
  • a fully facilitated Somatic Breath session with debrief.
