$50.00 Sleep Workshop - $50

HOSTED BY ALOHA KEENE
83 Court St., Keene, NH 03431

IN STUDIO ONLY

Sleep is truly restorative but what if you're not getting any, or enough? What if sleep is something that used to come easy and now feels impossible? That lack of sleep can create a cloud that follows you everywhere. It makes the days hard to face, and the nights full of dread.

Join us for this awakening experience! An event that will uncover the truths of sleep. We’ll learn about sleep patterns and sleep needs and how to make simple changes for lasting ZZZs.

We definitely WON’T talk about minimizing screen time, swearing off caffeine, or getting to bed before the sun sets. Enjoy a gentle yoga flow (beginner friendly) as well as a relaxing yoga nidra as part of this event.

Come with a sense of curiosity rather than judgement about your sleep behavior.

Jen Frey

Jen’s core philosophy is that yoga and meditation should be available and accessible to all. She creates a comfortable, relatable and relaxed atmosphere with plenty of warmth and giggles. Her goal is to get you to try something new with a sense of humor. Her yoga classes embrace a versatile Vinyasa flow and are modified to suit all levels. Mindfulness, breath work and inspiration from the buddhist teachings are fundamental ingredients in her approach.

She offers meditation and yoga classes as well as dharma discussions, workshops for yoga and meditation basics, joint and back health, and is a coach for the Get To Sleep program for freedom from chronic insomnia. Jen is a teacher, mentor and a lead instructor for the Fluid Yoga School 200 Hour Teacher Trainings. The program is offered annually in Vermont, Massachusetts, Maine and Virginia.

She became the owner of Newfane Village Yoga in 2014.
